This is bad business on them and not right to take someone's money unwillingly. So hopefully Anna Maria Island Dream Inn refunds my money because they did not at all advertise or illustrate that they would be charging my card online or over the phone. I most say the only positive part is the manager is doing their best to fright for my refund, but I don't see headquarters cooperating. They want to give me a certificate or gift card for this hotel that I have never use and now plan to never use. Now headquarters of this hotel wants to keep my money and not refund me. When booking the reservation and speaking to someone at the hotel there was no indication at all that my card will be ran at anytime until I gave approval.

I wasn't sure if I was or wasn't going to keep the reservation because we are expecting our 2nd grandchild. On my card was charged for reservation fee that I did not give me contest or approval for. I made a reservation on to reserve a room for June.
